I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. I bring a psychodynamic frame, attachment theory, and evidence-based approaches such as CBT and mindfulness into my work — along with a healthy sense of humor, because growth doesn't have to be heavy all the time. Above all, I aim to create a space that feels nonjudgmental, compassionate, and human: one where you feel safe enough to be honest, and supported enough to make real changes.

I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. From there, I spent two years training at the Maple Counseling Center in Beverly Hills, where I developed a deep grounding in psychodynamic and relational therapy. I went on to work at the Center for Healthy Sex, supporting individuals and couples navigating sexual difficulties — work that shaped how I think about intimacy, communication, and connection.

I am also trained in PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy) Level 1 and Attachment Focused EMDR Level 3, which inform how I help clients understand their patterns and work through them — not just intellectually, but in the body and in relationship with others.

I know starting therapy can feel daunting. My goal from our very first session is to help you feel heard, respected, and cared for, so that together we can move toward the change you're looking for. If that sounds like a fit, I'd love to hear from you.
